Board members must agree to sign a confidentiality agreement, and should possess some sense of business acuity including financials. Announcement - 12/01/2009 - CAAPS is proud to announce that it has partnered with Jimmy Justice, the Parking Authority Activist in New York City. Jimmy has been waging war with authoritative agencies in New York City by video recording and confronting officers that park illegaly and abuse their discretionary practices. He posts these videos on youtube.com and has appeared on MSNBC\'s Caught on Tape Series. He believe that simple abuse of parking laws by law enforcement lead to a much greater inhibition of extending that abuse to to bigger violations, aside from the fact that he abhors the hypocrisy of lawmakers making parking laws and law enforcement enforcing them on society when they themselves don't follow the same laws. It is Justice, not 'Just us'. We welcome Jimmy and through combined efforts we look forward to doing great things with him.
