Position: Civil Trial Attorney

Must be a licensed, non-political, no holds barred, fighter that is willing to challenge the system and not afraid to fight. Areas of expertise must include civil rights, police procedure, criminal justice/prison systems, and Constitutional law. Some experience in areas such as contracts, medical/professional malpractice, bankruptcy, and administrative law a plus. Should be willing to speak in public and expand areas of expertise to learn and take on work in areas that are outside areas of specialty. Must have worked for CAAPS in a volunteer capacity. We will consider entry level attorneys. Looking for that diamond in the rough that will be the next great name in Civil Litigation. Work from home is available.
