The attorneys that will be listed on this page are trusted, verified, attorneys that meet a certain value criteria set by CAAPS. If you are an attorney or law firm and would like to advertise on this page there are many benefits to you, however there is a required criteria.

The attorneys listed on this page MUST :
 

• be willing to operate at a discounted fee to our clients, yet provide the highest standards of legal work.
• be willing, from time to time, to handle a case on a pro-bono basis as many of our clients are the poor and disenfranchised
• have a proven track record of success in and out of the court room
• show caring and concern for people, and the inclination to help them through their situation
• when contacted by one of our clients, the attorney must respond within 48 hours, and make a decision on representation within an additional 48 hours of any interview
• when contacted by us on behalf of a client, the attorney must respond within 24 hours of the initial contact
• other criteria may apply, contact us for full discussion on how to meet our terms.

• Take referral fees to provide an attorney with work. We would rather any breaks be passed on to the client
• dictate fee structure, or pro-bono guarantees. All fees are between the client and the attorney.

• Very low monthly advertising fee. (Our fee is so low that you will see that we do not care to make money off an attorney, but more importantly want our clients' issues handled with the top priority of care.)
• Choice of text link, rotating banner ad, or full single page ad within the body of our site, complete with in page contact information and links to the attorney's site.
• Assistance in ad design, and/or web page design; or we can use your own if you already have one
• advertising in some print publications
• listing on our inner office preferred attorney call list
• telephone referral, and e-mail referrals directly from us that do not rely on the client personally choosing your advertisement
• the opportunity to be called and paid for speaking engagements at events
• first run access to our reporters for articles and publicity on any case that the attorney is working, not just our clients cases, (you will find that our reporters are more than amenable at making sure you and your client get the right kind of publicity, whether it is a human interest angle or to combat some overdramatized media scandal)
• occasional public mentions and quotes in other articles on our news column
• E-mail monthly invoicing, or automatic recurring payments which may be 100% tax deductible due to our non-profit status.
